My heart is in the arts. As a seasoned professional in arts/entertainment - music, theater, fashion, arts education - and a multidisciplinary performing artist for over 15 years, I\'ve had the pleasure of using both sides of my brain to create work and implement strategies and solutions for top visionaries and mission driven companies. My skills include developing strong interpersonal relationships, designing efficient processes, and guiding team members through successful execution. As a collaborator, I welcome fresh perspectives and search for ways to integrate valuable insights from team members to ensure goals are achieved through group effort. My artistic life and working in evolving start up environments have solidified my belief that organizations thrive externally when internal culture is built on trust, creativity, curiosity, and accountability.
