   As the Business Relationship Director and Workday Platform Director at Advocate Health, I lead strategic initiatives to optimize and expand enterprise-wide use of the Workday platform. My journey began with the successful implementation of Workday at Advocate Aurora Health in 2022, where I played a key role within the PMO, Change Management, and Go-Live Support teams. In 2025, I helped facilitate the expansion of the Workday platform to support the enterprise integration of Advocate Health, growing our user base from to over employees. This monumental initiative established Advocate Health as the largest healthcare system utilizing Workday—and the largest global organization leveraging the full platform suite including HR, Payroll, Finance, and P2P (Supply Chain and Accounts Payable), with over 600 active integrations. I supported this expansion through PMO participation, enterprise-wide change management oversight, and go-live readiness and support.Beyond implementation, I focus on cross-domain collaboration and strategic operations that ensure ongoing platform excellence. This includes managing change, communications, and facilitating governance with Security Administrators, Business Process Administrators, and domain leads through a Cross Domain Forum. I actively help define and drive our governance structure, coordinate Feature Release Management, and lead Workday Training and Community Administrator efforts to ensure our users and stakeholders are informed, supported, and aligned across the organization.
