Lead strategic and operational oversight of Alcon’s global HR technology ecosystem, including Workday HCM, timekeeping platforms, case management, and other SaaS-based HR solutions. Drive multi-year systems capability roadmap and oversee daily HRIS operations, including configuration, enhancements, data governance, and integration management. Champion HR Operations Transformation initiatives focused on simplification, automation, and service delivery optimization.Key responsibilities include:• Managing a global team and vendor network to deliver scalable, compliant HR technology solutions.• Partnering with HR COEs, IT, Finance, and business units to design and implement integrated system solutions.• Leading end-to-end lifecycle management for Workday modules (Core HCM, Recruitment, Compensation, Time, Absences, Performance, Talent, Learning).• Establishing data governance and change control frameworks to ensure data integrity and audit readiness.• Overseeing interface development, error handling, and compliance with SOX and Finance Assurance protocols.• Driving continuous improvement through stakeholder engagement, training, and adoption of direct access models.• Ensuring positive employee experience through HRIS service delivery and strategic alignment with Alcon values.
