Hi! I’m Traci Puckett, and I’ve proudly been a Talent Acquisition Specialist at American National since mid-2021. My journey here has been nothing short of incredible, filled with opportunities that have shaped me into the well-rounded recruiter I am today. Before stepping into Talent Acquisition, I had the privilege of working on the Employee Experience (EX) team, where I helped implement the American National Volunteer Program, fostered community relations, and played a key role in launching the Congrats program to celebrate our employees\' successes. Prior to that, I served as a Senior Administrative Assistant, learning the ins and outs of collaboration and organizational excellence.These experiences have deepened my connection to the business areas I support and recruit for. I love partnering with teams, understanding their unique needs, and helping them grow with the right talent.
