As an ambassador for the company\'s mission, vision and culture, my position ensures that HR initiatives are designed and implemented to meet the evolving needs of the business while maintaining the engagement and enthusiasm of employees. Zimmerman (ZAS) has a long history in Wisconsin having received numerous local and national awards and accolades due to the skills, experience and dedication of our talented employees.Formerly the Director of Human Resources and Administration for NeoCoil LLC, from May 2011 through April 2018, I was responsible for directing and coordinating all HR related activities and initiatives, as well as managing administrative functions and operations. Prior to NeoCoil, I served as the Director of Human Resources at Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek S.C. from to 2007. In 2007, I was promoted to Chief Operating Officer and served in that capacity until 2010. As the COO, I was responsible for managing the firm\'s day-to-day operations and business planning. I also managed all administrative departments, including Human Resources, Information Technology, Marketing, Finance and other teams. I was involved with the establishment and maintenance of procedural and operational policies throughout WHD, the promotion of firm culture and had an integral role in strategic firm planning and financial management.Areas of expertise include: Human Resource Management, Strategic Planning, Recruiting and Talent Acquisitions, Operations, Leadership, Compensation & Benefits Administration, Employment Law compliance.
