ABOUT TRACI COSTA

Traci Costa President & CEO for ATHENA International. A global leader in women’s leadership development and awards. In 2018, Traci was honored as an ATHENA Leadership Award recipient for her dedication to developing women leaders and was named to the ATHENA International Board of Directors. Traci also built her own business, 10th Dimension Leadership Coaching & Consulting LLC, and more recently, stepped off the board of ATHENA International to take the position of Vice President. Prior to ATHENA International, Traci was the founding director of the Olivet College Women’s Leadership Institute, North Central Region Manager of the Arizona Community Foundation and former NCAA Division 1 volleyball coach and athlete. These experiences have shaped her vision for women’s leadership, she is passionate about helping all leaders awaken their unique and authentic leadership superpowers. At Olivet College, from 20••••20, Traci directed the launch of the college’s Women’s Leadership Institute. Under her leadership, the College spearheaded the creation of a host of women’s leadership programs that positively impacted over 1,500 girls and women. A native of California, Traci attended California State University, Fresno on a full athletic volleyball scholarships. As a setter, Traci was a two-time team MVP, three-time scholar-athlete, member of the All-Big West Conference team and FSU Female Scholar-Athlete of the Year. Traci holds a Bachelor of Arts in physical education, recreation and health from California State University at Fresno and a Master of Arts in education from Cumberland University.
