I am a Human Resources professional with a well-rounded background in benefits administration, employee relations, and safety management. Currently serving as an HRO Specialist at Lockton Dunning Benefits, I support a variety of client accounts by managing complex benefit plans, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering responsive, people-focused service.With a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership, I take a forward-thinking and solution-oriented approach to driving workplace productivity, fostering employee well-being, and building cultures where individuals and teams can thrive. My experience spans administering and auditing health and welfare plans, resolving benefit and claims issues, conducting payroll reconciliations, and coordinating open enrollment activities. I bring knowledge of ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, and PPACA, and I\'m proficient in a variety of HRIS and carrier systems.As a servant leader, I’m passionate about supporting others, building strong relationships, and developing innovative strategies that contribute to long-term organizational success. I’m particularly skilled in process improvement, safety training development, benefits communications, and cross-functional collaboration.I’m committed to growing as a strategic HR leader—leveraging my experience and education to create impactful HR solutions that support both employee engagement and business objectives.Outside of work, I enjoy yoga, time outdoors with my family (fishing and hiking), and the constant company of our high-energy pup, Penny.
