With over 12 years of experience in human resources, I am a passionate and dedicated HR Manager at Hydraulex, a leading manufacturer of hydraulic components and systems. My core competencies include developing and implementing HR policies, directing global teams for HR projects, managing local HR staff, and handling all aspects of hiring, discipline, and employee relations. Additionally, I have a strong background in agribusiness, having obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan State University in 2011.I am currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree from Walsh College, with an expected completion date of March 2024. My goal is to further enhance my skills and knowledge in business administration and management, and to apply them to support the growth and success of Hydraulex and its employees.
