Mentor a Business Systems Consulting staff functioning as a liaison between multiple business teams and Technology partners, supporting a Customer Due Diligence / Anti-Money Laundering platform for Wholesale. Work closely with the business, Technology, Implementation and Strategy/Planning teams to resolve escalated issues, provide guidance on system functionality, and recommend system enhancements to improve user experience as well as endure adherence to procedures or compliance obligations.Oversee activities for a team supporting multiple time zones in the US, EMEA and APAC regionsFacilitate a Business Champions group which consists of super users, to share knowledge across lines of business, review and provide input on business requirements for planned system enhancements, and test new system functionality. Consult regularly with Financial Crimes Risk & Compliance teams to ensure we have considered potential Regulatory or Compliance impacts when recommending system updates or workarounds for long-term issues. Provide \'Rapid Response\' function within user support team to ensure urgent issues are appropriately escalated to the necessary partners and leadership is engaged for prompt resolution. Set up and configured Jira project to support tracking for key performance indicators and success measures. Documented and trained team on process and regular monitoring of entries in Jira.
