I am fortunate to be part of an amazing team of very talented Talent Aquation professionals whose passion, dedication, excitement and knowledge are shared among the group. My team is laser focused on driving operational efficiencies through implementing TA tech solutions, expanding our global employment brand, attracting top quality applicants, and creating a best-in-class candidate experience on behalf of Regal Rexnord\'s domestic and international locations. My BackgroundMuch of my career has been spent on the corporate side of recruiting but will never forget my roots as an agency recruiter. I have spent my time in corporate Talent Acquisition, working for Fortune 500 companies, supporting hiring managers across the country and across the hall. I have had the opportunity to recruit for a number of different divisions/departments across the company. My role has not been limited to recruiting but spans from employee relations to operations and leadership. In my current role I lead the efforts around technology, communication, change management, and reporting for the Centralized Staffing Team and the departments we serve across the enterprise. I am proud to have led the efforts around our Workday Implementation of HCM and Talent Acquisition as the business side project leader.
