ABOUT TRACEY RIDOUT

As a Mortgage professional with over 30 years of financial services experience, my passion is to find financing solutions for all of my clients. I believe that each client needs to be assessed on an individual basis which is why my focus is on a client’s entire financial situation. Which inspires me to look beyond just providing a mortgage, but to also offer additional financial recommendations in the process. Having grown up in the lower mainland and raising my family here and now with four grandbabies of my own, I appreciate and understand the commitment and responsibilities we face raising young children and caring for elderly parents. A mortgage is a lifetime commitment, and my hope is to be there to guide my clients based on their individual family dynamic for the long term. From the first-time buyer, the young family looking to move into a bigger home, or the retiring couple looking to finance their retirement plans or purchasing a dream vacation property or whatever your individual need is, I want to be the person you think of to support and guide you through the process. With my extensive background, working as a Home Financing Advisor with Scotiabank and over 20 years with a Credit Union in various roles, such as a Personal Account Manager, Commercial Services Administrator and Training and Development Advisor only add to my depth of knowledge.
