My personal passion project. I’ve spent most of my life living “tiny” and my passion has evolved into a mission: Inspiring others to \"Live Simply, Safely, and Sustainably\". My “Advocacy” work includes supporting ‘Developers’ with master planning, land development, municipal approvals, design-build, real estate acquisition and sales. My “Advisory” work includes mentoring “Homeowners” from downsizing and design to legalities and lifestyle.As the Tiny House movement gains momentum, most owners’ and developers’ top priority is affordability; often forfeiting quality, technology, and even regulations. I designed and built my own “tiny house” in collaboration with 30+ engineers and building experts, to propose best practices and precautions for compact communities, with fixed or portable homes.
