About Tracey Wofford

As a Graduate Instructor and Academic Advisor at Mercer University, I have over ten years of experience teaching graduate students and fifteen years of experience in providing comprehensive support and guidance to students pursuing Master of Arts in Teaching programs. I have earned the CSAEd certification, which demonstrates my commitment and competence in student affairs education. In addition to advising, I also teach and develop curriculum for the Master of Education in Higher Education Leadership program, where I share my expertise and passion for leadership studies, student affairs, and strategic enrollment management. I have published a dissertation on the relationship between presidential succession events and performance measures at public research universities, which reflects my interest and knowledge in higher education policy and governance. My mission is to advocate for social mobility and access for all learners, especially adult and non-traditional students, and to help them succeed in their academic and professional endeavors.
