Provide oversight, guidance and mentoring to Project Managers and Coordinators in the execution of projects and effective communication with with customers and team members. Executive Steering Committee - Participate in setting the direction of Avanceon, creating and executing strategic initiatives and identifying and solving tactical issues. Executive Support - Provide tactical and strategic support to other departments within the company that have leadership gaps and efficiency challenges.
