Entrepreneur, Chief Executive Officer and President with over 25 years experience in the Concrete and Building Materials Industries. Skilled in Leadership, Organizational Development, Start Up/Scale Up, Strategic Planning, Product Development, Manufacturing, Retail, Distribution, DTC, Operations and International Business. Tracey has spent the most of her career with Super-Krete as an executive leader developing the Super-Krete brand. Prior to the acquisition by Arizona Polymer Flooring, she served for 16 years as President of Super-Krete with headquarters in Southern California as well as the last four years as executive leader of Super-Krete International, LLC in Central Texas. A leader in the decorative concrete coatings industry, she has been recognized repeatedly by top industry and business organizations for increasing the profile and reputation of Super-Krete. Her skill in growing Super-Krete into an international brand was recognized by Forbes magazine, which published an in-depth story about the role she played in advancing the company. She has also been identified by the San Diego Business Journal in a ranking of Top 20 San Diego Women-Owned Businesses, as well as the publication’s Women Building Up Their Portfolios in Construction special feature, and as a Women Who Mean Business Award Nominee. Further, her savvy in the typically male-dominated industry was showcased in a Manufacturer\'s Profile in Concrete Decor Magazine and Austin Construction News.Tracey has fulfilled her dream of building her companies for acquisition and now serves as CEO of Austin Rum Company where she leads the development and distribution of the ROCK SOUND Rum brand.
