I am a workforce management expert with 20 years of experience. I am energized by technology, particularly when it helps people. My passion is helping workforce managers make the best technology choices to improve employee engagement, communication, and work culture. I’m convinced that putting people first is the heart of a good employee experience - and I’m driven by a need to help organizations understand the process to make that a reality.
