If I were to sum up my career over the last 21 years in three words,\"passion for people\" would synthesize my story perfectly. From the beginning of my career as a classroom teacher, I have committed to leading with equity and transforming outcomes for individuals from underserved backgrounds and communities. I am a compassionate and people-centered leader driving impact through analytical thinking, effective management of projects and programs, and team empowerment.Through the course of my leadership career, I have shown a great work ethic and solid commitment to executing strategies, programs, and initiatives to foster connections and achieve organizational goals.
