ABOUT TRACEY CONN

My career has been built on the many wonderful relationships that have been formed through trust and collaboration both within my team, including our dealers, and those I work with outside my organization, such as our clients and design partners. We\'re not successful unless all our partners are. I don’t believe in quick fixes but in long-term solutions and enjoy the design process to get there. I consider myself lucky to work with those I do. I continually gain knowledge of trends in workplace design that our amazing team at Teknion pulls together from around the world and from the information I get from other resources. I share this knowledge through presenting to interior designers specializing in workplace design. I, along with our workplace strategy team, create workshops to help clients figure out their own unique needs and help develop strategies to make their workplace a place employees want to come to and be their most productive. Teknion, in its 40+ years, has become a world leader in the design and manufacturing of contract furniture. As a Canadian manufacturer that makes up to 90% of the furniture we sell throughout its many plants in Ontario, Quebec, and Alberta, it has proven it can be done with the highest degree of sustainability and social responsibility.
