Write and edit website copy, marketing materials and written content for YouTube Channel. Program, write and design a twice-weekly themed digital newsletter with distribution of Talent Acquisition/Talent Relations – Research, vet, book and manage roster of 250+ instructors in the fields of history, politics, science, music, literature, film, television, business, psychology and health/lifestyle. Negotiate speaker fees and handle contractual agreements. Book and manage speakers for all live events.• Content Curation and Programming – Program featured classes based on timely weekly themes. Book speakers and program livestreamed and live events for third party partners, including AARP, International Blue Cross, OLLI, We Work, and The Boston Globe.• Project Management – Managed development and production of One Day University Podcast (Season 2), produced in conjunction with iHeartMedia. Formulated and manage Master Booking Sheet which tracks daily livestreamed lectures, more in-depth premium programs, a library of more than 700 archived classes, and special events with corporate partners. • Corporate Synergy – Engage with CuriosityStream’s SVOD Content, Marketing and Programming teams for cross-promotion opportunities with One Day University. Write and edit website synopses for corporate acquisitions and original nonfiction series and specials.
