ABOUT TRACEY TUCCIARONE
Having spent my career working within busy retail environments, I naturally moved towards people leadership, bringing a vast knowledge of business development, operational success, and relationship building to Made.com where, previous to my new role with Hal Leonard Europe, I was engaged as the Global Customer Care Manager. I have a passion for customer-centricity, working with internal business teams, Heads of Departments and senior leadership stakeholders to ensure consistently exceptional service to aid in positive brand and reputation management and continual improvement. I have a strong analytical keenness and am often found re-engineering existing ways of working to aid in operational streamlining, employee efficiencies and B2B/B2C account management. Process and policy form a huge part of my professional development, and I interface with payment service providers and Ombudsman to aid in rapid-pace resolutions. As a natural team leader, I enjoy working with professionals to support and develop their ongoing development through training, coaching and mentoring, whilst embedding a culture of positivity and openness.
