ABOUT TRACEY TOUMA

As a future-forward leader in cybersecurity, I am recognized as the first Cybersecurity Business Liaison on the Cleveland Clinic Advisory Team. With technical excellence, Interpersonal & cross-functional communication, and active listening, I have earned a reputation as a trusted advisor and sought-after keynote speaker. In addition, my fundamental motivation to understand the audience and translate technical concepts into relatable content has significantly impacted user safety and organizational profitability.My guidance in the areas of Cybersecurity Innovation, Identity Management, and Cybersecurity Advisory has been honored with Cleveland Clinic\'s 2022 Caregiver Team Award, the highest enterprise-wide recognition. Additionally, I have received multiple awards for my executive leadership and mentorship in Northeast Ohio\'s Toastmasters District. In April of 2022, I received the Distinguished Toastmaster Award, an honor given to less than 1% of the members worldwide. I am dedicated to improving my skills and supporting others in developing their communication and leadership abilities.In addition to my work in cybersecurity, I am deeply dedicated to my community, serving organizations such as the American Heart Association and MedWish International, facilitating Art Therapy programs, and teaching Sunday School for over 20 years. I hold an array of advanced degrees and certifications, including a Master of Science in Management Science-Information Systems from the University of Akron, Technical Education, Corporate Training, Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Scrum Master, CHIME Business Leadership Academy, and Project Management. In addition, I’m honored to be a Facilitator of CISSP (ISC2) Cohort and other Cybersecurity Caregiver Development Cohorts within Cleveland Clinic’s cybersecurity organization. I am proud to be part of Cleveland Clinic\'s team of world-class practitioners and business leaders working to advance cybersecurity adoption in healthcare. As an organization, we are committed to reducing cyber risk, promoting operational excellence, and enabling a seamless care experience for patients. Our goal is to make a meaningful difference in healthcare outcomes for patients worldwide, and I am grateful for our shared experiences.
