I am an experienced store manager, having worked in retail for the last 18 years. I started my management journey aged 20 becoming a concession manager, and progressed through to store manager aged 24. I have challenged myself, both personally and professionally in my career, and have gained many valuable skills along the way. I am a highly self motivated individual who is very driven to succeed. I am very hard working and honest, I pride myself on always working with integrity and passion to succeed. I have always been very focused on customer service and commerciality within my business. I am definitely a people person and I strongly believe in motivating my team through hard work and leading by example, whilst also investing time with my team to share knowledge and upskill them where appropriate.
