About Tracey Perdue

With 25 years in the oil and gas industry, I have a wealth of expertise in land management, process improvement, data integrity and servant leadership. Currently serving as Manager of Land Systems and Process Infrastructure at Hess (recently acquired by Chevron), I’ve held multiple leadership roles, overseeing lease and contract administration, land administration management, and strategic process improvements. I bring a unique perspective to how leveraging technology can enhance business operations.Prior to Hess, I spent 4.5 years at EnverVest Energy Partners managing leasehold and contract data, SEC reporting, and due diligence efforts. Earlier in my career, I worked at NiSource/Columbia Gas Transmission supporting energy expansion projects, storage leases, and legal operations. I hold five degrees including an MBA and a Master of Project Management from DeVry University – Keller Graduate School of Management, as well as a Bachelor’s and two Associate degrees from the University of Charleston. My extensive educational background, combined with deep industry knowledge, makes me a strategic leader with a strong track record in land administration, land management, legal administration, and process optimization.
