I am an Experienced Service Delivery Manager with a focus on building and managing the Service Management capabilities within the Integrated Network Team, bringing real value throughout. I work closely with all members of the team, key stakeholders within the business and suppliers to understand and deliver a service model that delivers highly available, business aligned value.A strong \'can do\' IT service experience, comfortable driving and presenting program of improvement deliverables.I continually look to improve service ways of working, ensuring design, implement and improvements of new and existing service management frameworks and processes, owning all aspects through to delivery and operational support.My most recent accomplishments include the highly successful improvement program within the Security Network Operation, producing meaningful and tangible results.My colleagues know me as a highly driven, engaging and caring individual, striving to achieve the best outcome for the business, comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels to understand the business and customer needs.
