Allegis Group Companies October present Program Specialist, Allegis Global Solutions February 2007- present• Responsible for hiring activities: on-boarding, contractor management activities and exit interviews; manage and execute large scale hiring for project based work. Programs include Cegedim (IMS Health), Mars Incorporated, UBS Financial Services, The Hershey Company and Peraton.• Review each Job Request sent by Hiring Managers prior to its release to the Supplier community and ensure all job requests comply with Client’s procurement policies and rules.• Negotiate bill rates with Suppliers and Hiring Managers to ensure cost effective hiring.• Review and pre-screen submitted candidates to ensure they are being matched within the required timeframe and minimum requirements are met in order to be presented to the Hiring Manager.• Conduct phone and face to face interviews of contractors upon request of Hiring Managers.• Work with the Supplier community to validate candidates\' availability and instruct supplier to complete all the pre-start requirements to minimize the amount of time between the candidate selection and start date.• Oversee the entire on-boarding process of all new and returning Contractors as well as conduct orientations for new Contractors during their first day of assignment.• Analyze human resource data and create reports outlining client spend, supplier performance metrics, position fill ratios, attrition, and recruitment cycle times.• Counsel Suppliers on adherence to SLAs and other program standards• Participate on implementation team and trained new clients as well all Suppliers on the proper use of the Fieldglass and Beeline VMS tools.• Review and maintain information regarding vendor performance• Prepare and present b-annual program reviews for clients.• Create and update training manuals for new program coordinators as well as for the Supplier Community.
