My 1st year handling all Ohio claims with Quality Associates in 2008 without a TPA, I brought the tax rate down from 3.2% to 0.07%* Successfully handled 14 EEOC cases from 20••••16 and 9 were without the need for assistance from the attorney. I was successful in getting all 14 cases dismissed.*Won an award for Quality Associates in 2010 from the Urban League of Greater Cincinnati for Enhancing Workforce Development.
