In my role as a Provider Development Officer, I am responsible for supporting tutors and educational providers in the delivery of Health and Science T Levels. My main duties and achievements include- Supporting Educators: Provide comprehensive guidance and resources to tutors, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge necessary to deliver high-quality education- Professional Development: Organise and conduct professional development sessions and workshops, including both virtual and face-to-face CPD events, to enhance the teaching skills of educators- Resource Development: Develop and curate support materials, student booklets, and bitesize recordings tailored to the T Levels- Event Project Management: Lead the creation and management of events such as virtual student conferences. This involves liaising with marketing teams, external stakeholders, and industry speakers to deliver impactful experiences- Data Analysis and Feedback: Conduct thorough analyses of event data and feedback to measure impact and effectiveness. Take the lead in exploring feedback to continuously improve events and support mechanisms- AI in Education: Serve as the lead in my department for exploring the use of AI in education to best support teachers, enhancing their instructional methods and improving student outcomes- Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate the delivery of T Levels to ensure compliance with NCFE standards and identify areas for improvement- Collaboration: Work closely with educational providers to understand their needs and challenges, offering tailored support to address specific issues- Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with various stakeholders, including, educational institutions, and industry partners, to support delivery of the T Levels.Through these responsibilities, I aim to enhance the educational experience for both tutors and learners, ensuring that the delivery of Health and Science T Levels meets the highest standards of excellence.
