I am actively involved in the marketing of Burrough Court with overall responsibility for meeting rooms and organising events.Using Mailchimp I create monthly e-shots and produce regular interesting news articles for our website. Using my radio presenting skills, I provide voice overs for marketing videos and create unique video recordings for promotional purposes. I have skills that incorporate a comprehensive and wide range of secretarial duties such as- Reception; dealing with telephone enquiries and customer problem solving; filing, database management and project management; letter writing and organising diaries/calendars.I have excellent experience in providing corporate hospitality to meeting room delegates and enjoy event organising. My communication skills, both verbal and written, are highly valued and I enjoy being an active team member.I pride myself on offering a range of various skills, which are adaptable to many disciplines, with a friendly and willing `can do’ attitude.Additional information-I am a qualified Hypnotherapist, Reflexologist and Reiki Master. I am also a singer/songwriter, script writer and radio presenter with a separate LinkedIn account using my maiden name of Tracey Dene Powell. one hour musical was performed at Curve Theatre in 2014 - set in WW1 trenches, it would be a creative way to teach about his period of history in schools. Ideal to take on tour! With only 7 cast members and a simple set, my dream is to take this production as a educational tool to reach young audiences.
