As the Corporate Realtor I oversee the acquisition of new real estate for the organization. Conduct market and site analysis for potential acquisition opportunities, both for lease and purchase; Manage outside consultants, as required, to meet project and/or organizational goals; Engage in contract negotiation to acquire the property. Manage and maintain relationships with landlords, real estate brokers, owners, and developers within all regions. Lead project development teams, and manage vendor contracts (architectural, environmental, engineering, etc.); Assemble permitting and regulatory review applications; Identify and manage pre-development budgets; Experience with monitoring construction, project managing end to end and the tracking of tenant improvements.
