ABOUT TRACEY GRABOWSKI
I recently retired from Procter & Gamble after a 33-year career in Human Resources. Most recently, I spent about five years serving as our Chief Human Resources Officer. I enjoyed transforming P&G’s organization design, talent, and culture to support the business strategy. I was honored to lead our HR organization in support of P&G colleagues working across 70+ countries. I am grateful I had the opportunity to build a career at this great company and to learn from and work alongside people that I respect and admire, who inspired and accepted me every day. I’m very proud of the work we did together to build talent, capabilities and culture – and ultimately – help the business thrive.
