ABOUT TRACEY FRANCIS

Having worked in the education sector for 20 plus years, in a variety of roles within a wide range of focus and sector specific areas, covering adult and community education, disability, under 16 provision, apprenticeship provision and community cohesion projects. I have vast experience of working at strategic level, implementing policies and procedures, creating management systems and business structures. I have project managed multiple education and restoration projects, including the creation of social enterprise(s) The Priory Centre in Lincoln with the original focus on integration, community involvement and access to local training and development opportunities. I am familiar with awarding bodies/OFSTED, systems and procedures, having been responsible in various posts for the creation of audit and quality systems and being the lead on OFSTED inspections. Partnership collaborations include projects with TNG/Avanta, Ingeus and the DWP - work focused programmes that have had government funding targets and/or agendas attached, numerous educational and health projects and programmes that have focused on widening participation and promoting health and independence to targeted groups and communities. I have been a champion for training provision incentives across the East Midlands, offering business support to community organisations wishing to access funding and develop/grow their business. Other partnership collaborations included Learndirect, UK on-line and NHS Direct. Previous experience has included self-employment as a successful contract Route Manager/Courier with ICS – Hays DX
