We will celebrate the results and showcase our work.• Drive operational efficiencies and enhance customer experience to realize £2.5m in benefits for 2023. • Build and mediate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including HOSO’s and the Sales Directors. • Collaborate with various business areas to influence performance for the benefit of People, Business, and Customers.• Own multiple projects, ensuring governance through tools such as Roadmunk, Readiness and Change Plans, using analytical tools to manage risks and understand business needs.• Use data to align change initiatives with the business vision and present proposals to senior leaders.• Communicate cost-benefit analyses for future change plans and model them to senior leadership. • Facilitate briefings and workshops working with stakeholders to deliver at the optimum time • Maintain communication strategies and prepare teams for change to improve engagement and adoption. • Lead the team from idea generation to implementation of initiatives, ensuring clear communication. • Routing and telephony initiatives, full life cycle of change implementations, feeding results into Sales Finance plan. • Involved in recruitment and mentoring of new team members.
