ABOUT TRACEY CHAREST

My career with the insurance industry expands over 30+ years in a variety of different roles, from entry level to Management. I have had a diverse career in claims; Administration, Adjuster, Independent Adjuster, Accident Benefits and Support Manager. Business Development was the next step in my career, fostering relationships with Brokers through in person visits, training of online systems and presentations. Comprehensive broker management reviews with underwriters and Management. I then continued with Business Development, but ventured back to a claims environment and working with auto body shops in Alberta and BC. Shop prospection, additions, terminations and working through Key Performance. I am currently open to new opportunities that offer a chance to grow and develop my career.
