   Experienced infrastructure executive leading Western Area Power Administration, which markets and delivers more than megawatts of reliable, cost-based power from 57 hydroelectric facilities, provides transmission services, and markets energy throughout the West. WAPA operates in 15 states and markets power and transmission services to preference customers such as Federal and state agencies, cities and towns, rural electric cooperatives, public utility districts, irrigation districts and Native American Tribes and Tribal utilities. They in turn provide retail electric service to over 40 million Americans throughout the West. WAPA owns and operates miles of high voltage transmission across 1.3 million square miles.
