As a member of the Design Operations team at Vista, I partner with design leadership to identify and implement improvements to our design process and support UX designers in adopting best practices on a day-to-day basis. I also lead collaboration efforts between design, product, and engineering, empowering them to solve customer problems together.My responsibilities include-Design process evaluation, working to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of UX product discovery-Creating re-usable templates for design thinking workshops and exercises-Identifying areas for improvement in design workflows and implementing solutions-Developing guidelines and training materials that enhance design skills, collaboration, and communication-Ensuring design work is visible across the company, promoting success stories, and evangelizing the value of the design organization-Evaluating and managing design tools for the UX organization-Leading organizational meetings and design critique programs
