ABOUT TRACEE DUTHIE

Ms. Duthie is admitted to practice law in both the State and Federal courts in Nevada. Her practice has been in general civil litigation, personal injury, slip and fall, medical malpractice, product liability, insurance defense litigation, construction defect litigation, and HOA super priority lien.Ms. Duthie has been a speaker at a national construction defect conference, MC2, representing developers. She has also been nominated to Who\'s Who in America for Legal Practice for 2019, 10 Best Attorney and 10 Best Female Personal Injury Attorneys by the American Institute of Personal Injury Attorneys for Nevada 2019, and 10 Best Attorneys Personal Injury 2020. Ms. Duthie has successfully resolved numerous multi-million dollar litigation and also has trial experience in district and justice court. She has advocated both in the plaintiff bar and the defense bar. She has filed successful briefs before the Nevada Supreme Court. While Ms. Duthie was born in Spokane, Washington, she was raised in Fairbanks, Alaska. She later moved to Las Vegas, Nevada where Ms. Duthie graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, in with an emphasis in Human Resource Management. She received her Juris Doctorate in 2003, from John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois.While at the John Marshall Law School she was a member of The Journal for Computer and Information Technology, where she was the Production Editor for two years. She was also awarded Dean’s List Scholarship. Ms. Duthie completed extensive study in intellectual property law particularly copyrights and trademark infringement. Upon completion of law school, Ms. Duthie moved back to Las Vegas, Nevada where she has practiced. She was admitted to the Nevada State Bar in 2004.
