Serve as a multifaceted member of the football coaching staff, responsible for player skill development, physical performance, and program-wide quality control. Contribute to both on-field success and off-field athlete development through instruction, evaluation, and collaboration with the head coach and staff.As a Wide Receivers Coach, I develop and implement position-specific practice plans focused on route running, releases, catching technique, blocking assignments, and football IQ.As a Strength & Conditioning Coach, I design and lead age-appropriate strength, speed, agility, and conditioning programs aligned with seasonal goals. As well, I monitor athlete progress and adjust workouts based on performance and readiness.As a Quality Control Coach, I analyze tendencies, personnel usage, and situational performanceSupport practice organization, drill efficiency, and game-plan execution. I help maintain playbooks, scouting reports, and internal evaluations.
