Leading the implementation of TQM Practices (5S, Kaizen, QCC, PD, DWM…) Conducting periodic audit / review for TQM implementation and progress. Formulate Strategies & Initiatives for improving employee performance, employee & customer satisfaction and system implementation. Training of all employees on Quality tools and TQM concepts. Conducting training programs related to employee engagement, well-being and safety. Gemba walks on the shop floor to achieve the world-class manufacturing enterprise. Motivating employees to take part in Suggestion, Kaizen & QCC activities and develop them to compete on a state, national and international level. Handling employee queries and grievances. Making the coordination with various departments, maintaining, monitoring and tracking various statistical and departmental reports. Driving continuous improvement initiatives at 5 of our Factories.
