As Program Assistant for the Rising Generation Initiative, I support efforts to engage young leaders in global religious freedom advocacy. I coordinate programming and opportunities for 40 international fellows, facilitate monthly check-ins, and help connect fellows with conferences, panels, and research projects. I produce newsletters and manage the Initiative’s website, shaping messaging and digital content to educate and inspire youth engagement in freedom of religion or belief (FoRB) initiatives. Additionally, I onboard and train new team members, manage communications and reporting, and assist with event planning and global outreach initiatives.
