As an Associate Director level, I lead the SAP Basis resources for Elanco - those at our managed service provider (MSP) and at our AMS partner.While remaining focused on uptime, I assisted the migration from a PaaS hosting provider to a hyperscaler with an MSP.Supported the integration of an acquisition.Supported a major upgrade (1809 to 2020 sp2).Established the Elanco ERP maintenance calendar.Supported the Go Live of a greenfield S/4HANA (1809) implementation Go Live was January 2021 in 45 countries to enable the separation from Eli Lilly & Company.We are now preparing for our second major upgrade.Wrote 7 SOPs and 21 KBAsKey contact for SOX audits of SAP systems.
