Hi, my name is Travis!As a Customer Success leader with over 10 years of experience in HR Tech and SaaS, I’m driven by building deep strategic connection and helping my customer measure lasting business impact. My journey has spanned every layer of Customer Success, from founding CSM roles to leading enterprise portfolios exceeding $4.8M ARR, and every step has reinforced my belief that true success is built on a foundation of trust.
