About Taylor Parrish
I am a currently working as a Process Engineer at Soft-Lite Windows and Doors Manufacturer. My background includes graduating from Youngstown State University with a Bachelors Degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering as well as multiple career/internship experiences. My previous internships include working at Intuitive Surgical as an Industrial Engineering Intern and working as a time study analyst with Altronic Inc. I am a dedicated and driven individual as well as the first engineer in my family! In my current role, I am conducting time studies, analyzing and researching problems in data, leading line balancing activities, working closely with manufacturing teams/engineers, SOP creation and rebuild, aligning projects with the financial plan and building business cases/cost analysis, creating and modifying layouts, presenting data and facilitating meetings with large groups of different disciplines, and working efficiently in fast paced environments.
