I am a strategy and partnerships leader who designs initiatives that translate community insight into scalable programs, strategic partnerships, and measurable outcomes. My work focuses on helping institutions engage communities in ways that are credible, effective, and accountable. As Vice President of Programs and Outcomes at the T.D. Jakes Foundation, I oversee multimillion-dollar portfolios spanning workforce development, financial inclusion, and community revitalization. I align philanthropic investments with data-driven performance metrics, lead national programs, and build partnerships with organizations including Wells Fargo, JPMorgan Chase, Goldman Sachs, and Operation HOPE. In this role, I have expanded program reach threefold, launched the organization’s first outcomes and metrics department to standardize impact reporting, and helped strengthen the Foundation’s approach to measuring and scaling community-centered initiatives. My work sits at the intersection of strategy, partnerships, and community-centered innovation.
