A dynamic executive and people leader with 20 years of experience spanning sales, marketing, client management, human resources, organizational development, and consulting services. My career began at BNSF Railway as a summer intern through INROADS, Inc. Over 11 years, I honed my executive leadership skills in the Marketing and Sales department, responsible for managing Fortune 200 companies such as McDonald’s, Walgreens, and Caterpillar. At JeffreyM Consulting, a staffing firm, I currently hold a hybrid HR and Account Management role as Director of Engagement and Inclusion Strategy. In this capacity, I lead all Diversity and Inclusion initiatives, mentor consultants and manage a multi-million client portfolio that includes Fortune 100 companies like Microsoft and Meta. I am passionate about travel and dedicated to volunteering with youth organizations. As an independent travel advisor, I curate elevated travel experiences and my podcast,\"Travel, Pray, offers travel and lifestyle tips aimed at empowering professional women who love God to level up. I am a regular speaker at Junior Achievement career days, serve as a mentor with Academy 4, a program focused on equipping 4th graders with life and leadership skills and am Community Relations Chair for the DFW Chapter of National Black MBA Association.
