Dispatch a high volume of calls for a large multi-state integrated hospital and physician clinic network consisting of 15 hospitals and 200 plus clinics. Prioritize calls for service in accordance with federal, state, local, and Novant Health policies and procedures. • Manage data and incident reporting, utilize varying security platforms and apply video technology to assist with surveillance of on and off campus activity. Relay and coordinate appropriate response involving suspicious activities and sensitive matters.• Maintain relationships with all levels of Public Safety Management, Law Enforcement, EMS, and Fire Department personnel. Monitor and respond to duress, intrusion, fire alarm and infant abduction system distress signals. Page medical emergency codes and address Public Safety team response as needed.• Collaborations with three different external departments for positions ranging from Covid screener to community event marketing.
