Prepare measurements Sheet of Concrete, Shuttering, steel, finishing item in consideration of CPWD specifications. Reviewing & Study of Site Structure, Architecture and MEP Drawings. Preparation of Bar Bending Schedules for steel reinforcement (as per IS Codes 2502) of all Projects. Reconciliation of all Materials (Such as Steel, Concrete, Cement, Bricks etc.) Escalation of Material & Labour (10CA & 10CC). Prepare of Rate Analysis & Extra Items. Prepare, Monitor and control the Project through MPR, WPR & DPR. Coordination with Client & Sub Contractor. Reviewing & Study of Site Structure, Architecture and MEP Drawings. Co-ordination with Architecture dept, MEP Dept. and Contractors & reporting to All information to seniors to resolve site related issues. Monitoring Project Budget and suggest cost control measures if required. Prepare of Bill of Quantity, Tender documents including General condition of Contract & Special Condition of Contract, Negotiation for Finalization of Rate.
