Review, audit and manage BIM deliverables in compliance with the clients BIM requirements.• Conduct BIM federation for multiple packages models alignment with zone / program’s BIM federation strategy.• Conduct and chair regular coordination meetings weekly and monthly with the project stakeholders to communicate the BIM performance challenges.• Maintain the common data environment setup and processes including issues management, folder structure, information exchange protocols, and others.• Responsible to adequately prepare weekly, monthly and milestones BIM progress reports and performance reports.• Used platforms like BIM360 to create/resolve issues and ACC and Aconex for official and final review / approval. • Review, audit pumping station models against design drawings to issue coordinated IFC drawings for site use.• Review, audit infrastructure networks models such as irrigation, chilled water, fire services, wastewater, storm water, potable water networks.• Review, audit road and road singes models as per project specifications & requirements.• Review, audit Fit Out Models, Structure & Architecture Models and Façade Models in line with project specifications & requirements.• Manage and ensure Models are delivered in accordance with the agreed TIDP, MIDP and CDE protocol.• Assist the project team with effective solutions for the problems faced.• Responsible for Marinating the Model standards, Construction feasibility & Issue Management.• Responsible To review and coordinate with the Project delivery team about the design changes and model challenges during construction.• To communicate with subcontractors to receive, coordinate and approve all LOD400 & 500 models.• To ensure the LOD 500 Models are complied with client Asset Information Model Requirements.
