Support end-users both in-office and remotely to make sure that they\'re able to securely connect to our VPN services and virtual desktops• Manage and update end-user account information/status through Active Directory• Facilitate account creation/MFA activation of new end-users as well as deactivation of account services for removed end-users• Assist users with the set-up and deployment of Five9 with either a softphone or a PSTN connection• Manage virtual desktops and server health through EvolveIP and HorizonVRM,• Creation and maintaining of IGEL OS settings on all end-user devices• Protected and maintain servers and virtual desktops with TrendMicro• Use SQL databases and custom scripts to track and organize information
