The Tourism Society is the UK\'s foremost professional membership body for people working in and connected with all sectors of the visitor economy, in the UK and overseas. It was established in 1977 and provides a forum for professionals working in, studying or otherwise interested in tourism across all sectors. The Tourism Management Institute and Tourism Consultants Network are prefessional sections of the Society, and there are active regional and national chapters across the UK. Find out more at
