I am a highly driven Information Technology graduate with experience in technical support, product support analysis, and digital marketing. My career objective is to secure a position as a Business Analyst, utilizing my technical troubleshooting, critical thinking, documentation, and communication skills to drive growth and revenue while enabling organizations to lower costs. My education includes a post-graduation certificate in Information Technology Business Analysis from Conestoga College, Kitchener, and a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from P P Savani University, Surat. I have worked as a Technical Support Advisor at Concentrix, where I gained extensive experience in providing consistent quality technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat. In my previous roles, I have also documented business requirements, designed and documented system and business impacts of proposed solutions, collaborated with cross-functional teams, and implemented agile frameworks for planning and organizing project activities. I possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills and am proficient in communication with excellent written and verbal skills, capable of explaining complex technical information to non-technical users. I am also familiar with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, ITIL, Agile Methodologies, SQL, Python, and C++ and wish to work with an organization that provides me with the opportunity to grow while contributing to the organization\'s success as a Business Analyst.
